Welcome to the Portland Fashion Institute (PFI) Online Hub. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our application and tell you about your privacy rights.

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, and your profile photo (if authenticated via Google).
- Contact Data: includes email address.
- Transaction Data: includes details about physical workshop passes purchased.
- Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, and browser type.
3. How We Use Your Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- To register you as a new student.
- To process your class and workshop registrations.
- To manage your physical check-in passes using dynamic QR codes.
- To notify you about changes to our terms or privacy policy.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this at any time from your Account Dashboard. Once deleted, your physical access passes and identifying records will be removed, though anonymized scan logs may remain for administrative security auditing.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
This application uses Stripe for payment processing and Google for authentication. We do not store your credit card information directly on our servers. You should review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
