1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Portland Fashion Institute (PFI) Workshop Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services or physical facilities.

2. Workshop Passes & Physical Access

Digital QR passes generated by this system are strictly for the individual account holder. Passes may not be transferred, shared, or sold. PFI reserves the right to revoke physical building access or cancel digital passes due to policy violations, misconduct, or at the discretion of staff, without a refund.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform and physical facilities only for lawful purposes. Harassment, unauthorized access, bringing unapproved guests, or disrupting workshops will result in immediate termination of your account and passes.

4. Payment & Refunds

All workshop pass purchases are subject to PFI's standard refund policy. Billing is securely processed via Stripe. PFI does not store raw credit card data on this server. By purchasing a pass, you authorize our third-party processors to handle your transactions securely.

5. Account Termination

Admins have the capability to manually audit check-in history and reserve the right to securely terminate or delete accounts directly from the front desk Roster interface if these terms are breached. You also have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and personal data from your Dashboard.
